One's intelligence is often associated with achievements obtained through the arena of thinking, arguments, dexterity in solving problems akliyah. In fact, not a few of us who feel inferior if themselves, children, or families have IQs that do not meet the standards, otherwise if a high IQ becomes the pride and hope for the future. This assumption is not entirely correct, because humans are not only given the gift of IQ only. Indeed God grants the mind to man as something of value. 

But that does not mean that others are worthless. Emotional Intelligence (Emotional Intelligence) is an important factor that should not be ignored as a social person (homo socius). For not all according to reason are accepted by taste. In the process of mass communication, the available community has a very varied background, both in terms of thought, experience, culture and so forth. A communicator in the communication process must have intelligent emotions. But this is not understood as an aggressive or high-emotional attitude, but his high intelligence, characterized by his social cravings, is able to communicate effectively, and in turn he is able to set an example for others.

Humans are creatures with unlimited intelligence potential. The creature whose main specialty is thinking and imagining that his perfection has a duty as caliph in the earth. So special and varied intelligence that has been given to humans so there are still many other sides of the ability of the human brain that is not yet known. According to research that has been done by experts, it was found that an adult human may use only 1 / 10.000 of his potential intelligence during life. In summary, humans have many unexcelled abilities, all of which can not be measured by IQ tests alone.

Initially, intelligence relates only to the ability of the intellect structure to grasp the symptoms of something so that intelligence is only in contact with cognitive aspects. As a result the other sides of human intelligence are neglected. But in the next development, it is realized that human life does not merely meet the structure of reason, but there are other structures that need to get its own place to grow affective aspects, one of which is needed emotional intelligence.

In addition, not a few among humans who still deify intellect (intellectual) with various consequences, such as forge all knowledge related to intellectual, even more fatal again feel there is lack or mistrust if the intellectual can not be equal or parallel to others . In fact, in addition to intellectual intelligence (intellectual Quotion), emotional intelligence is an integral part that can be forgotten from every human. So that being whatever he is in this world the emotional aspect should be taken care of.
